Kia EV6 Private Leasing – What Does It Cost per Month?

Kia currently does not publish a fixed private leasing price for the EV6 on its official price list. Here's what is actually confirmed – car loans, business lease and benefit-in-kind value – and how to get an exact quote.

Kia Doesn't Publish a Fixed Private Leasing Price for the EV6 Right Now

Unlike several other Kia models (such as the Niro Plug-In Hybrid or Sportage PHEV, which do have published private leasing prices), Kia Sweden's official price page for the EV6 only lists "Contact dealer" instead of a fixed monthly cost. That means the price is negotiated individually based on mileage, contract length and any upfront payment.

How Private Leasing a Kia Works in Sweden

Upfront payment and contract length

Most Kia leasing contracts in Sweden are signed for 24 or 36 months. An upfront payment affects the monthly cost – the higher the upfront payment, the lower the monthly fee. Since the EV6 doesn't have a published private leasing price, you can use the Business Lease figure (from 4,383 SEK/month, 36 months) as a rough reference point when negotiating – private leasing tends to land in the same range or somewhat lower depending on the upfront payment.

Mileage and excess kilometres

The standard contract usually covers 10,000–15,000 km per year. If you drive further than agreed by the time the car is returned, you're typically charged 0.50–1.50 SEK per extra kilometre.

Private leasing versus business leasing

Private leasing is aimed at private individuals. If the car is a company car, benefit-in-kind value applies instead – the EV6's benefit-in-kind value is confirmed at from 3,107 SEK/month (50% marginal tax rate). Read more in our guide to benefit-in-kind value for electric cars.

Why is there no fixed price?

Private leasing prices are often set by individual dealers or leasing companies based on current demand, residual value assessments and campaigns, rather than centrally by Kia. That's why "Contact dealer" is the answer on Kia's own price page for the EV6 specifically.

How to Get an Exact Quote for the Kia EV6

Step 1: Choose a version

Decide whether you want RWD (longest range, 582 km), AWD (best performance) or GT Line AWD.

Step 2: Contact a dealer

Step 3: Compare with Business Lease

Use the confirmed Business Lease and car loan figures above as a reference point to assess whether the quote is reasonable.

Step 4: Credit check

The leasing company runs a credit check before the contract is signed.
